SHIPPING & RETURNS

 DELIVERY

We are pleased to announce that we ship worldwide. Your shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Made to order items will be longer and lead times will be stated on the product information.
If you need the item sooner, please send an email to info@alicepalmer.co and we will do our best to prioritise your order.
If the dispatch of your item for any reason is delayed, we will contact you to give you an update.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges, and the customer will be held liable for any charges that may occur.

 

UK RETURNS

Orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns, and your shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods in perfect condition and in the original cellophane packaging. We reserve the right to reject items returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Please make sure to package the box properly, as well as leave your name, order number and reason for return in the parcel. Once the return has been received, we will process the refund within 3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns or cover any of the custom charges, and your shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For further enquiries and questions regarding international returns and exchanges please contact info@alicepalmer.co.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Should your item arrive faulty, please do notify us within 24 hours, and we will look to remediate the issue as soon as possible. If your item is damaged, please ensure to take photos of the box. Please note that all of our products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations between products.
