We are pleased to announce that we ship worldwide. Your shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.

We aim to get all orders dispatched within 2 weeks after the order is made, however we will always try to improve lead times where possible.
If you need the item sooner, please send an email to and we will do our best to prioritise your order.
If the dispatch of your item for any reason is delayed, we will contact you to give you an update.

If you wish to collect from us in NW10 to avoid the shipping charge, please email us before purchase. 



Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges, and the customer will be held liable for any charges that may occur.


Orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns, and your shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods in perfect condition and in the original cellophane packaging. We reserve the right to reject items returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Please make sure to package the box properly, as well as leave your name, order number and reason for return in the parcel. Once the return has been received, we will process the refund within 3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show.

Should your item arrive faulty, please do notify us within 24 hours, and we will look to remediate the issue as soon as possible. If your item is damaged, please ensure to take photos of the box. Please note that all of our products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations between products. *Handmade lampshade and cushion covers are all dry clean only*
