operations & shop manager

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Operations & Shop Manager who is efficient on email, proactive, adaptable, and has exceptional attention to detail. In this role, you’ll oversee operational processes, liaise with suppliers, and manage the maintenance and day-to-day running of our London shop to ensure everything runs seamlessly. A passion for interiors and styling is a strong plus.

Main responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations - monitor all communications to support smooth day-to-day operations both over email and with customers in the shop. Ensure that every interaction reflects the company's commitment to quality and strengthens customer trust and loyalty. 
  • Supplier & Inventory Management - manage all communications with suppliers to maintain a seamless supply chain, ensuring a clear and efficient communication regarding orders and stock requirements for both our warehouse and shop. This will include regular reviews of stock levels and forwarding relevant information on to the team, warehouse or customers. 
  • Warehouse Communications - manage warehouse communications, this includes deliveries from suppliers, ensuring barcodes are created and all orders are being shipped out and are under control. 
  • Wholesale Order Management - deal with  the process of wholesale orders, ensuring everything is fulfilled accurately and on time. This will include coordinating with the relevant supplier and warehouse team to ensure stock is available or made to meet delivery deadlines. 
  • General Shop Management & Visual Merchandising - stay on top of incoming stock making sure it’s sorted through and accounted for, ensure displays are always replenished and refreshed for an enticing customer experience, and maintain a high level of general tidiness in the shop.
