Order
We will send an order confirmation once the order is placed. Once this has been shipped we will send a dispatch notification through with the tracking number.

Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives please email info@alicepalmer.co within 3 days of receiving your order and we will look to remediate the issue as soon as possible. Please ensure to take photos of the item and the box.
Shipping
We are delighted that we ship worldwide. If you can’t find your country at the checkout please contact info@alicepalmer.co and we will look into this for you.
Please contact info@alicepalmer.co if your delivery address is wrong and we will do our best to amend this. Unfortunately we are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Our shipping prices at the checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges, customers will be held liable for any charges that may occur.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-3 days from our warehouse in the UK. Delivery to the UK and US takes 1-3 days. For international orders shipping takes 3-10 days depending on delivery location.
