Studio & Creative Assistant
(Kensal Rise, NW10 9am - 5pm)


The Role:

Our Studio & Creative Assistant role is perfect for someone with a passion for interiors and looking to immerse themselves in a fast paced, fun studio. There is huge room to grow within this role in the future. Main responsibilities are as follows.


• Reception duties for all arrivals to the studio - deliveries, greeting customers and encouraging sales and additions to the AP&Co mailing list.


• Assisting with photoshoots. Working with our small content team, this role would include ordering in, preparing, packing, setting up and styling for shoots.


• Manage Social Media platforms, Facebook/Pinterest/Tik Tok. Upload all new content and reply to customer queries.


• Respond to customer enquiries and other email admin.


• Fulfill all sample orders, ensuring samples and stationary are well stocked. Package up and send packages when required using DPD Local.


• Stock maintenance – to ensure studio stock levels are correctly recorded and up to date on Google Drive. Process all order returns and exchanges. See the stock back into the correct place and update.


• Create invoices and send packing lists to the warehouse. Answer studio telephone and assist Alice with personal admin.


• Window dressing and studio display - create an inviting experience and encourage new customers to explore. All products should be beautifully displayed and the studio and back office are kept ordered and tidy.


(Requirements and desirable candidate attributes)

• Highly organised, punctual, keen and polite. Ability to learn quickly, work in a small team and be proactive with each task. Being able to thrive on last minute tasks too.

• Interest in the design industry, up to date with things going on.

• Confident in guiding customers through all products.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook. (Canva and Photoshop are a plus).
