Our shipping prices at the checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges, customers will be held liable for any charges that may occur. 

Delivery to the UK and US for stocked items is 1-3 days. For international orders shipping takes 3-10 days depending on custom clearance and delivery location. Fabric orders are cut to order, please allow up to 14  days for these to arrive. Made to order items will be longer, the exact lead time will be listed on the specific product pages.

We hope you love your products but if you wish to return an item, goods must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the items. 

To return or exchange your order, please submit your return via our returns portal.
At present, we are not able to offer free returns within the UK, so a postage fee will be deducted from your refund. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a Royal Mail label or QR code via email.

We are currently unable to process return shipping labels for International customers.

If you wish to return from outside of the UK, please raise a return request through our returns portal, and follow the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for arranging shipping at your own cost on a DDP service (delivery duty paid).

Refunds are normally processed within 3-5 days. Should you experience any delay please contact the team for an update. 

Bespoke orders are non returnable and non refundable. We are not responsible for any errors when ordering so please ensure you double check your order before placing.
