Delivery
We are pleased to announce that we ship worldwide. Your shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.
Please contact info@alicepalmer.co if your delivery address is wrong and we will do our best to amend this. Unfortunately we are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Our shipping prices at the checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges, customers will be held liable for any charges that may occur.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-3 days from our warehouse in the UK. Delivery to the UK and US takes 1-3 days. For international orders shipping takes 3-10 days depending on delivery location. Made to order items will be longer and lead times will be stated on the product information.

Returns
We hope you love your products but if you wish to return an item, goods must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the items.
To return or exchange your order, please submit your return via our returns portal.
At present, we are not able to offer free returns within the UK, so a postage fee will be deducted from your refund. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a Royal Mail label or QR code via email.
We are currently unable to process return shipping labels for International customers.
If you wish to return from outside of the UK, please raise a return request through our returns portal, and follow the instructions provided.
Customers are responsible for arranging shipping at your own cost on a DDP service (delivery duty paid).
Refunds are normally processed within 3-5 days. Should you experience any delay please contact the team for an update.
Bespoke orders are non returnable and non refundable. We are not responsible for any errors when ordering so please ensure you double check your order before placing.
