We are looking for an organised and proactive team member to support the day-to-day operations of Alice Palmer & Co. The role spans customer communication, order management, stock organisation, and general shop support, ensuring both online and in-store operations run smoothly.
Role: Customer Services & Shop Manager
Contract Type: Full Time
Contract Length: Permanent
Salary: £28-30k dependant on experience
Location: Alice Palmer & Co, London W10
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer service emails and general client enquiries.
Handling complaints and resolving customer issues.
Managing fabric and wallpaper sample requests and dispatch.
Coordinating order shipping and delivery queries.
Stock room organisation and inventory oversight.
Shopify backend assistance (barcodes, shipping prices).
Responding to Instagram messages and enquiries.
Supporting visual merchandising and shop presentation.
Assisting with day-to-day shop management.
Stock room administration (sorting deliveries, stock ordering, inventory updates).
