FRESH PRODUCE & FLOWERS
Calluna: Combining modern styling with rare floral varieties, this local flower shop does the arrangements for all the restaurants on the road. We love to pick up a bunch of eucalyptus for the shop. 69 Golborne Road |Le Maroc: A traditional Moroccan grocery selling fruit, veg, meat, and various oils, spices and condiments. 94 Golborne Road.

OUT FOR LUNCH
Canteen: On the corner of Golborne and Portobello with a fresh, changing menu and minimalist but warm interiors. Perfect for lunch on the weekend or a cosy dinner. Walk ins only so make sure to get there early on the weekend. 310 Portobello Road. | For Moroccan soups and mint tea, head to Hamid or Mohammed's food vans. Find them on our side of the road. | Maramia Cafe serves homestyle Palestinian food with colourful, soft interiors. 48 Golborne Road. | Strakers: Thomas Straker's first restaurant opening with an open kitchen, chic interiors and dishes from flatbreads to pastas, steak and seafood. 91 Golborne Road. | Falafel King: The go to lunch in our shop with soft, fresh pita and light, crispy falafel. Lisboa Patisserie & Cafe O’Porto: Find locals outside at all times of the day drinking coffee and eating Portugese desserts. 57 & 62 Golborne Road. | Layla: The perfect place if you’re looking for pretty seasonal pastries and fresh bread. The soda bread and apple crumble pastry are TDF. 332 Portobello Road.

SHOPPING
Arte House: Our neighbours sell a thoughtful collection of sourced antiques, art and homeware. Beautifully curated and perfect for an afternoon browse. 82 Golborne Road. | Muirshin Durkin: A favourite of ours for unique antique and vintage furniture as well as bespoke, handmade pieces. 67 Golborne Road. | Rellik: First opened in 1999, Rellik is a curated vintage boutique with an archive dating back to the 1960s. Great for a one of a kind find. 8 Golborne Gardens.

A BRITISH CLASSIC
Cockneys Pie Shop: A traditional pie shop established in 1995 serving up pies that are prepared and baked on the premises. An honourable mention for their green interiors too. 314 Portobello Road.
